T&C's, Delivery and Returns

These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of any product(s) from Aniiq Couture and form a legally binding contract between you and Aniiq Couture.  By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions.

Placing an Order

In placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as outlined below.  

You can place an order online for most of our items.  We will process orders on a first come first served basis and no items will be reserved.  If in the unlikely event an item is out of stock and this hasn't updated on our website then we will notify you asap.  Orders will be processed and dispatched in 3-5 working days for the Standard service.  If you require your order urgently please select the Express delivery option and we will process and dispatch any orders received by 12pm same day for next working day delivery.

Delivery

Once your payment has been cleared and your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email of your purchase along with an estimated time frame for delivery.  

Orders can either be sent through our Standard delivery option which is sent via Recorded Delivery Royal Mail 2nd Class and take 3-5  working days or Express Delivery which is delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery which takes 1-2 working days.  The costs for postage and packaging for our Standard service is £4 and Express £8.

For International Shipping to Europe, USA and Canada please contact us for a quote.  Please note customs duties and taxes are payable by the customer at your own destination country and are the customers responsibility.  

We offer FREE UK delivery for in stock items on orders over £75 which is sent through the Standard delivery method.  

Royal Mail will deliver to the address provided by you. It is your sole responsibility to make sure these details are correct and to ensure that someone is in to accept the order and sign for delivery.  We accept no liability for late or non-delivery as a result of incomplete address or no signature.  Any redirection must be paid for by the customer.  In the event of a failed delivery Royal Mail will leave you a card for you to rearrange delivery.  If you fail to rearrange or collect your items from the depot in the specified time frame, the parcel will be redelivered back to our address.  You will then be liable for repeat charge and any additional charges incurred for re delivery of your parcel.  No refunds will be given if you fail to receive your package under these circumstances.

Loss and Compensation

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit or is not delivered on the date specified in the dispatch email, we must be notified within 24 hours of the expected delivery.  Compensation may be made up to the maximum price paid by the customer if the parcel cannot be traced and confirmed lost by the carrier.

Returns Policy

We are confident that you will love our pieces, however, we take customer satisfaction very seriously, therefore in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our products please do get in touch and we will issue a refund or exchange.  The items should be returned unworn, in their original product packaging with the original receipt.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel upon inspection that the items have been worn or used and in this case redelivery surcharge to return the item back will be paid by the customer.

Payment

We have selected PayPal as our online payment method as it gives our customers peace of mind and confidence to shop with us online as it enables you to pay without sharing your financial information with us.  Simply sign up for a PayPal account or even without an account you can pay securely through the Paypal system using any major credit or debit card. 

Privacy Policy

For your information and peace of mind, we handle all personal information given to us in total confidence and all personal information will remain strictly confidential.

We do not pass any information onto other companies or discuss any personal details with anyone other than yourself.

However, we do store your contact details for future correspondence in relation to orders and promotions and you will be automatically added to our mailing list.  You can contact us at any time for your details to be removed from our database or to unsubscribe from our promotional mailing list.  Simply drop us a line at info@aniiqcouture.co.uk to unsubscribe.

Under no circumstance do we store any financial details.
