How do I Order?
You can order most our items onilne.  


How do I pay for my order?
For your own security and peace of mind our preferred method of payment is via PayPal account or Credit/Debit Card via PayPal.  Please note in all instances your order will not be confirmed till payment has cleared.


What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges to UK are £4 for Standard Delivery, £8 Express Delivery and Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £75.


How long will it take to receive my order?
For items in stock we aim to deliver to you in 3-5 working days for our standard service and 1-2 days for our Express service.  Please refer to our T & C's for further information.


How will I receive my order?
We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to deliver most of our orders and therefore a signature will be required upon delivery.  Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package. Please refer to our T & C's for more detailed information on our delivery procedure.


Can I collect my order?
No unfortunately at this time orders cannot be collected.


Do you offer returns and exchanges?
We are confident that you will be fully satisfied with all our pieces.  However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will be happy to refund or exchange the items.  Customer Satisfaction is our priority! Please refer to our T & C's.

How do I know if a particular item is in stock?
We update our website once a day except in exceptional circumstances.  If you would like to know the status of our stock please contact us and we can let you know whether the particular item you are interested in is available.


What is your Jewellery made of?
We provide high quality costume jewellery.  Our Eastern Elegance Jewellery is made using the finest semi precious gem stones from semi precious rubies, emeralds, zircon and turquoise Egyptian stone  all set into the highest quality gold and rhodium plated metals.  Our Statement Jewellery is nickel free. 


Do you have a shop?
No not at present, we are currently only online.

All our latest offers and discounts are announced on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages.  


Where's my nearest stockist?
Currently we are exclusively selling our collection through our website.  However, if you are a business looking to stock our collections please do get in touch.
